Automated Rack Pricing​

Fuel Rack pricing from major suppliers is automatically uploaded daily and integrated with customer pricing tables, eliminating the need for manual entry and ensuring pricing is up-to-date in volatile markets.

Includes flexible pricing for customer delivery points including rack plus/minus, fixed contract pricing and discount pricing. Adjustments for specific customers and customer groups are applied automatically.

Truck Integration

Various levels of integration with all major tanker delivery control systems, such as MID:COM, Data Nova and Digital Dispatch, Base and PDI.

 

Delivery information is imported/exported, ready to be invoiced and applied to customer accounts.

AP Automation

AP Automation will search the AP mailbox for configured vendors and run an OCR scan agains the invoice. Invoices are imported into the system for approval and will be matched with the corresponding BOL from the terminal using either scanner or DTN feed.

Using customer pre-authorized payment agreements, charges to customer accounts are seamlessly and automatically submitted for credit card processing.  Credit card information is NOT stored locally, but maintained with the payment processing provider, easing PCI compliance issues.
